The first time, if u had good heroin, let’s say 25% purity is a very good purity for brown sugar nowadays, but it depends from who u get the staff (could be more or less but it isn’t ur question… just for ur information, chemicaly, brown sugar can’t be more than around 70%)
So If u sniff a line of around 0,15 gr (150 mg) of Brown Sugar having around a 25% purity, you won’t gonna feel asleep but you shoud be very high the first time (but it depends of your weight also).
It would be very very dangerous to inject the first time that dose,so please forget injecting (DEATH).
U could also take it in 2 times for security, by watching after 5 minutes how u feel with 100 mg, and if ur are not puking, u could add the resting 50 mg.
SO
If u want try heroin, u have to know, u can make an overdose or if u are lucky not far away to, cuz if u fall directly asleep after 10 minutes, ur brain gonna stop giving the order to ur lungs to breath. That’s an heroin overdose (death by suffocation).
That’s why the first time there should be someone who looks that u are not falling asleep. If it happens, he could try to speak with u so it avoid you to sleep, but if the dose you have taken is too strong AND U ARE NO MORE REALLY CONSCIENT, he should give you little SLAPS, SPEAK, AND SHAKE YOU A BIT to avoid that u fall asleep SO U CONTINUE TO BREATH and IMMEDIATELLY call the emergencies, who will inject you a “drug”, which annulate the opiacies in ur brain (called Narcon in my country).
Else, (depending how strong is the dose), you mostly gonna puke between the first and maybe fifth minutes after you sniffed the heroin, and having the sensation of a flow of blood mounting in ur brain which leads to THE BIG FIRST FLASH of pleasure (while u feel that blood mounting in the brain, by the same time the puke is mounting and coming out of your mouth if the dose is strong enough).
The fact of puking is explained cuz the pleasure level is really very strong. I remember that I loved when I puked cuz the pleasure effect of the heroin was much higher then the pain of puking. This first flash feeling is the higher effect u will get. The sensation is really orgasmistic, in the meaning u have a giant feeling of pleasure.
Then u are gonna picking the noze (but without falling asleep) with an intense good physicaly feeling of pleasure.
After a few minutes, a new 2nd feeling of blood mounting in your brain will arrive giving you a new flash of pleasure which leads u often to puke a second time, even a third time (happening mostly the first time you try heroin with a strong dose).
So these flashes of pleasure are coming like waves of a flow of blood returning and mounting in ur brain every 5-7 minutes giving you each time this intense pleasure feeling, and this will occur minimum 4-5 times in the first 30 minutes.
It’s a bit like if after you sniffed the line, the heroin would pass around your entire body blood system and returning up in the brain, giving you each time a flash effect of pleasure which gonna slowdown after 30 – 45 minutes but u will then still feel this pleasure in your entire body for several hours.
You also won’t stop scratching your whole body as more the effect is strong.
If after 4-5 hours u fall asleep, it will be without danger at this point. The first few times you use heroin, u will wake up and still feeling a little bit this pleasure.
BUT
HEROIN IS A FUCKING EXCELLENT DOPE, BUT ONLY IN THE BEGINNING, ONCE YOU ARE ADDICTED THE GREAT PLEASURE IS AWAY
You gonna say , “I just want try one time, but once u tried Heroin, the effect is in ur brain and most people (95% in my opinion gonna get addicted, an maybe I should say 99%). It’s so good that u are gonna want take it a second time, and why not a third, and believe me, you gonna one day remember what I try to tell you.
1 TIME IS TO MUCH AND 1’000 TIMES IS NOT ENOUGH
This nice pleasure effect last 3 years by me cuz I took it only once a week, but the day I feel I was addicted, there were no more that great Pleasure Effect.
and mostly person are very quickly addicted and I doesn’t know a lot who could stop.

I tried heroin as I was begining my studies the 1st year (End 1987), it took 3 years before I get addicted, cuz I had just enough cash for taking heroin every weekend.
But before I began my 4th study years, during the summer holidays, I had suddenly enough cash to buy heroin every day and it took me just 2 weeks to be physically addicted. I WENT IMMEDIATELLY IN THE METHADONE PROGRAM TO BE SURE THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO FINNISH MY STUDIES (1990).
(FINNALY I WAS ALREADY ADDICTED PSYCHOLOGICALLY AFTER THE FIRST TRY)
I took the both heroin and methadon until 2005 where I stopped heroin (The fact I could stop heroin was only cuz the justice forced me with a 8 years jail sentence. I finally only made (3 and a half year Jail + 1 and a half year in a closed drug therapy + 1 year outside therapy + 1 year on probation).2005-2011
The last year on probation, I could return to my Doctor for doing the controlling urine tests, and by him I could cheat my tests so the first day I began smoking freebase again. 2012 I was compliment by the Judges for my success to stop drugs and my sentence was ended (They didn’t knew that I had already began freebase again) The 6 years long I was only thinking to the day where I could smoke freebase again.
I luckilly didn’t began heroin again cuz I don’t feel any effect with it anymore But am still covered with Methadon since 26 years now
I HOPE REALLY FOR YOU THAT U WILL TAKE THE BEST OPTION, DON’T TRY THIS DEVIL DRUG CUZ EVEN 1 TIME IS TOO MUCH. Hope these lines gonna save a life
