      Hey guys long time lurker first time poster.

      I’m taking nexium for acid reflux, and want to roll with my girl tomorrow at a deep house event. Just wondering if this combination of MDMA and esomeprazole is safe/if there is any risk here. From what I have read it’s not dangerous but I’m looking for some confirmation. As a precaution I’ve been off the nexium for three days.

        I can’t give you first hand experience confirmation if thats what you feel as though you need but i can tell you very likely in theory you should be fine. Very simply put, nexium inhibits the release of excess stomach acid and is no way a potentiator or inhibitor for the mechanism of action of mdma. If it bothers you though just wait 8-12 hours since your last dose.
