Trip report here
{Nifoxipam / 1mg) – First Time – Melting sedative warmth
Reports are promising from other sources as well.
Hmm, the trip report thread continued in a quite negative fashion, poster Phoenix_Rising states ” Ive now had 20mg and only very slight tiredness but that might be because its late,i only have a slight tolerance to 20mg a night of diazepam,so its no tolerance issue,i shouldnt even be able to write this by all accounts, now ive said what i have to say make your own mind up.”
Anyone got anything new to add? I was about to order a bunch but now I’m asking here.
Cheers.

It’s not a very strong benzo, the difference in effect between high doses and low doses doesn’t seem to change much. The effects are quite subtle, and you may not even feel it doing anything, until you abruptly wake up the next day realising it knocked you out.
More fucking RC benzos? It’s a shame these are so popular and it’s quite obvious why, benzo addiction is a fucking dangerous and ugly thing. Most people do not realise benzo addiction is worse than Heroin, you can die from withdrawal and symptoms last a long fucking time. Also if you build up a habit the actual medical advice by professionals is to drop 1mg of Valium per month. I met a dude in Bristol the other week who’s on a 70mg Valium detox, he’s about 20-21? Seems like people are so misinformed how dangerously addictive benzos are, they don’t have the opiate stigma so people seem to be really overdoing it on this class of drug. Not only do Benzos drop your IQ but they do ruin your insides and combined with other downers can cause fatal OD.
Yeah I agree there m,ate. Several of the bigger vendors have been offering synthetic opioids to advanced customers and never offer them for general sal, probably, in my mind, because that’s when the media would begin to have a field day. The Daily fail reporters will have their heads so far up their arseholes they’ll enter another dimension

Ahh, I know the sort, the devil is in getting the right dosage then. Its clear for whatever reason that Etizolam is being scaled back from sale, personally I love them but they do have a worrying side to them, hence looking for some other benzo to take the edge off my annual spring cleaning codiene detox.
Reckon I shall be giving Clonazolam a try.
Cheers.
I have now been told the reason etiz is gone is because they worried threy may be un violation of the medicines act. It’s not a medice in this country but in some parts of Europe, Italy is one, use etiz as a prescribed benzo.
I have absolutely no idea what is in the medicines act but it sounds like aEurope wide, if not thanks to Murkha, worldwide act.
Gonna have a quick gander though see if anything pops out.
I reckon I might get a few in while I can then, there is one online shop thats stocking at the moment, they are undoubtedly handy to have in the medicine kit 😉
Cheers Tryptameanie 😉

Just be wary if they aren’t a vendor you normally use. Since most vendors stopped stocking them apparently some that do still stock have reduced the quality, in a bid to stretch their supply is my guess if they aren’t getting any more.

The Medicines Act is UK legislation although similar laws exist in most EU countries. anyone shipping it from IN to an EU would also be contravening domestic Indian legislation against diversion as they have a Medicines Act based on ours. As India and UK are Commonwealth countrys there is an expectation they assist each other with prevention of serious crime.
I also suspect that indian pharm companies want to get legitimate access to the UK markets and suspected collusion in criminal diversion makes this difficult.
Did you read the act from 1962? It’s been upfated many timed, the last being 2012. Here is page 3 of the report.
The Human Medicines Regulations 2012
“Classification of medicinal products
5.—(1) In these Regulations references to a medicinal product subject to general sale are to a product that is not a prescription only medicine or a pharmacy medicine but is—
(a)a product that is covered by an authorisation of which it is a term that the product is to be available on general sale; or
(b)a product that—
(i)is covered by an EU marketing authorisation, and
(ii)is not classified in the authorisation as a prescription only medicine, and
(iii)the licensing authority has determined should be available on general sale.
(2) In paragraphs (1)(a) and (5)(a) “authorisation” means—
(a)a UK marketing authorisation;
(b)a certificate of registration;
(c)a traditional herbal registration; or
(d)an Article 126a authorisation.
(3) In these Regulations references to a prescription only medicine are to any of the following— “
Think that’s the start of gthe relevant part.
AFAIK both acts are in force but the more modern one mentions the EU. Each EU country still keeps its own domestic legislation. I might check at work tomorrow as If my colleague didn’t deploy the new computer for the nurses I have a legit reason to be in the nurses office where the current fornulary is normally kept (or just check the training materials when doing the network access check).
I stilll suspect the Indian end of the supply chain was also heavily leaned on especially if it was risking the reputation of companies making it legitiamtely for the European market; the same happened with Ketamine as it got classified
No I think you are correct GL, they were worried that as it’s covered under a medicines act in oned EU country then it’sa transportation should be controlled when enteringing anotherf country with different klaws.
I think that is the case as its the only NPS I’ve seen in “proper” pharm blister packs. Its similar to “grey imports” of stuff like electronic equipment and components except nowadays very little is restricted/hard to get other than some American kit which is sold in versionsl locked down for use by one provider.
