Dutch harmreduction organisation Trmbos have published a report derived from research at first aid stations of EDM events, as well as collecting hospital admission/treatment data.

Their findings are that as well as a rise in fatal ODs [although slightly less than in the UK] a lot more people are having unwanted side effects and having to seek some type of medical help – but as drugs use remains a taboo and shameful subject in spite of NL’s perceived “liberal” attitudes, those who survive tend not to say much about their experiences – thus MDMA is incorrectly still viewed as a completely “harmless” drug and more risks taken with it (in spite of increasing strength of pills!)

It’s totally dose dependent it would seem. Alexander Shulgin, described 120mg as the perfect dose, people are getting 300mg pills. Way too much.

Granted I’ve done way more than 300mg in a night without any too adverse of an effect, but I wouldn’t repeat it in the future.

have for the first taken pills i knew the dose and the substance which were :
Yellow Shell logo, pure MDMA Doses 186 mg

i had taken 2 pills in one go at a pré-new year 2016-2017 party which where i must admitt the effecf was a bit too strong (372 mg), i think 300mg is the optimal dose for me.

i took 4 hours later one more and 8mg DOC, WAS EXCELLENT for me but s a bit strong for my friend the upcoming of the doc which was his first try and i had forgotten that the doses where the half of what i thought, should haave given 4 mg to him

Yeah, iliesse you’ve done a lot of MDMA over the years so you’d need a higher dose, but for people who haven’t done the drug 300mg or more is way too strong.
