the NHS frontline staff aren’t daft and know when a bunch of sketchy youths turns up at the local ED with their injured friends whats been going on. Many of them are our age too and like to party but these are the folk giving up their weekends and studying hard at uni to learn how to make people better – and things like this change their views of how they feel about tolerating nightlife when in 3/4 years time they are a doctor or a nurse – maybe also being an advisor to the local Drugs Action Team or Licensing Committee..

Again that can cause worse problems, such as medical complications from not getting quick treatment. if its a overdose and something like heart/breathing problems it could be the difference between someone dying or being permanently disabled, or making a full recovery.
In my experience if the Ambulance service are left alone to do their job or called to the outskirts of the party (don’t move people who are badly hurt though!) they will not put a airwave radio call out for the cops to back them up.
they will still report that the incident is linked to a rave but its the price everyone has to pay, after all unlike licensed events they haven’t contributed any extra to the potential costs to the emergency services..
pointless attacking any blue light vehicle as you pay for it in your tax one way or another…
