They use numbers stations in call of duty black ops. They are transmitting to the sleeper agents so they know the right time to attack.

I read about them a while ago. I’ve got a list of creepy wikipedia pages that it’s on. I’ll try and find it

are those stations still on air ? i’m sure they are decades old. could be just data for testing propagation, or could be a mixture of encoded reports/commands for government/military with random noise to fill any gaps. not sure if anyone’s worked it out in the years they’ve been going. from what i’ve read, a lot of strange wireless came across the iron curtain 🙂

Yeah some of them are still running – if you watch the 2nd video in the OP it explains it, theres also a wikipedia article on it..
cheers deez, that was interesting. have to admit i usually skip videos cos i find them hard to assimilate compared to written stuff that i can take at my own pace, but that one was worth watching.
