Reet, Im after a good night out, but of the Oldskool genre. Everything I find Is all new stuff (Not that there’s anything wrong with that), but Im after a good Oldskool night of Hardcore/techno from the early 90’s.

So If anyone knows any places or events that does one, give me a bell here! In the North mainly. Although Im from Lincoln, so I can go both ways really! raaa

rain dance is the way forward imo .. they do there own event in london all the time .. but go and do colaborations in dif places like slammin vinal in shepton mallet and other places .. but there based in london

I’ll have a look at the names you mentioned, but want to keep it up north. London could get expensive for just one night, ya know.

there are absolutely loads of such events, frequented (just as you would expect) by 30-somethings trying to relive their youth and also enthusiastic youth wanting to experience the “old skool vibe”.

plus the DJ’s, many now old enough to be all our uncles and aunts

TBH these events aren’t bad and although London, the SE and East Anglia are popular places, there appear to be just as many in the Midlands and the North

Last time i seen someone with a whistle was the other month at the last Tick Tock event.

every time i go out i see people with wistles n dummys my horn is hung up in my bedroom along with my wistle lol
