A controversial topic I know, but that’s the point. Hoping to get some noggins scratching and a decent conversation flowing from what I’m hoping is a thought evocative question.
My opinion on the matter is these people have, to a degree, an illness, but most with this sort of “illenss” control it and so they should. People with illnesses should be able to control it.Maybe some can’t but their illness, if acted upon destroys peoples lives and therefore the public need protection from them.
If a peadophile EVER went anywhere near my son, his siblings or even any child I never even knew, then they better hope theY get locked up before I get my hands on them.
I’ve given immense leeway to people who are ill and been on the receiving end of some very nasty accusations which I just had to deal with but someone that actually acts upon these urges, knowing full well the devastation they cause to the victims, are not just sick, they are scum.
I’m saying nothing further on this matter.
