IME it’s very hard to make any money out of putting on a club night, at least for the first few years, unless you have massive financial backing and experience
get your crew (DJs, promoters, sound engineer, VJs and friends) together and start out with a bar night… free entry, plug it hard and build up a following
once you’ve done that, come back to us 😉
