Hmm – I have a feeling you certainly couldn’t do that in Tiel today (it appears to be an affluent middle class town, rather like a Dutch equivalent of Reading).
Some of their performers from Acid Anonymous are still active although their events have been (literally!) balkanised to everywhere apart from NL
