Short hand typing (intentional misspellings) for words like:
you = u
are = r
people = ppl
awesome = awsum
girl = gurl
love = luv
cute = qt
what = wut
ARRRRGGGHH!
I can understand that one.
My pet peeve is slow walking paces. I have a very fast pace and when people walk slow it annoys me to death.
When people suddenly stop infront of you in the mall for no reason.
I sometimes pretend not to see it and run into them, hard :hiding:
I’m evil :crazy_fre
HAHAhA i hate that as well. But sometimes im the one doing it. especually to my mom if see something. i dont do it as often but its funny and i manage to dodge them and then give them a look but your way works too
Although one of the younger generation, I don’t understand the whole abbreviated language thing. If I send a text to someone, I spell each word out becuase I was taught english, not short hand gibberish.

That’s very close to what I do. For me if I type any electronic communication seeing words that you were taught to you over your entire sachool career is just nicer. It’s not that I don’t understand it, I can read and understand this form of shorthand, trying to type a reply in the same style, the majority of the time the majority of it ends up longhand anyway. I can imagine if I found a link to a story I’ll be realy interested in, if the article had been written in the form I am talking about, I wouldn’t be able to read the story and would try find it in proper english somewhere else or just forgetb about it
