i have no idea what a pharm party is

i have a friend in sweden who is a surgeon. he is also a pig farmer. his pigs run wild in the woods in summer. when he needs to bring them in for winter he misappropriates anesthetics from the hospital to catch his porky pets, darts them and uses a wheel barrow to get them home
