even if they don’t block you altogether they count how long each user is online – and a lot of places will tolerate an hour or so per day but any more than that and you get busted – a lot of the filtering/censorship software is getting more and more sophisticated these days.

and amazingly enough it seems some of the people here actually enjoy their “normal” jobs and therefore try and balance the time spent on line and that doing productive work..
