The government go on about how cannabis should remain illegal these days despite some of the MPs having smoked it in their youths due to “strong strains” posing an risk to people’s health but I definitely agree with you about soapbar being the real risk, and one that is very rarely addressed by the news/media. I mean, the majority of soapbar on britain’s streets will be (as that site states) less than 10% actual weed, the rest being made up of plastic (e.g. plastic bags, wheeliebins), resin, often sprayed with hairspray to keep it held together, and all kinds of crap. More often than not feeling stoned off this can be more likely attributed to giddiness and lightheadedness from the plastic fumes.
Despite this in times of need even the best of us end up smoking this shit. The only major benefit I can see of it is that it makes you enjoy getting a nice bit of grass next time round even more!

Saying all that, I do realise that not all soapbar is necessarily this awful, but why bother risking it – there’s no way of finding out before you buy it, and your dealer’s hardly going to tell you “aye man, this shit’s stuffed full of crap”. Stick to grass, you know where you are with a nice nugget of bud 🙂
