post shambala blues

By the way Know_hope, you’re a cool guy. Hope it wasn’t just the quantity of rugs in our system but thought we really connected. Look forward to meeting you guys and new PV members in the future!

Plus Psychonaut did i meet you at Shambles? Everyone else I either already knew what they looked like or they introduced themselves as their username on here. You (if I met you, was just Tom and nobody else told me if or why i should know you), thought you were some random sound guy i met there that happened to know a few PVers lol.

Great to finally meet you the other day pal. Glad to hear you made it to Cornwall safe and sound too man, sounds like you’re enjoying it down there! 🙂

ha, glad you’re still keeping the dream alive… and yeh ofc it was nice to make a connection :smile:… you were so wrecked on that 1st night, was funny to meet you like that…

i feel like like i could have done with some post shambala tour to re-equate with er ‘reality.’ its been difficult cos up till about a week before shambala i’d been hardly working, and just doing nice tihngs like writing music and sports… but now suddenly im back and i just seem to work, sleep and smoke a bit of weed that im pretty sure isnt helping… also getting a bit lonely leaving for work between 4-6am mostly and then being too tired to enjoy evening with friends and needing to be up again to soon to intoxicate to any enjoyable level… not sleeping more than 4 hours a go is messing with me a bit as well, although i slept 12 last night; on my day off today… and having so much fun at shambala but then not being able to chat about it with my gf cos we’re both working in different time zones…

i cant put it down to shambala for much longer seeing as its now the end of the following wkend… i normally have quite a happy to be on my own vibe, but atm i feel lonely, lol… maybe i just need a slap

oh well, least i get to chat with ma gal today 🙂

where are you now anyhow psy?… have you gone back up north?

im gona play badminton at least later… come on endorphins

…also since ive not doing any sports cos i dont have any time or energy, my blood sugar is going through the roof and keep finding my hands and feet are aching… but yet i have to be really careful to not have low blood sugar in my job cos can be dangerous, and i’lll lose my job… and probably not see my gf again… and also have fairly long periods that i cant check which is jarring, i just get to find out that ive been out of balance for ages by aching…

dial 1 for neuropathy
dial 2 for hypoglycaemia

think i need archie slap to sort this out

…im on f.book if anyone feels like sending me some free good vibes

That headfuckery of a search was almost the highlight of the weekend haha, had forgotten about that purple tent. It kept beckoning us towards it like moths on good drugs. I was repeatedly tempted to adopt it as my tent because it was empty but had a light; then remembered we were looking for my tent because that was where my drugs were lol.

Oh man, Thursday night was ridiculous; ridiculous in a good way though. I’ve never been that out of it on K and still mobile, how I never slipped into the hole is unfathomable.

I’m still in Cornwall, staying in Mullion. Think I may have found the best ice cream ever; Roskilly’s. Don’t know if you’ve heard of it, I hadn’t. Been cliff diving today from as high as 30 foot, been ages since I’ve done someting a bit extreme like that and given myself a real natural adrenaline buzz. We’re staying here for another 5 days then I’ll be making my return journey to reality. That means finding myself a job, this holiday has pretty much depleted my funds and I’m not currently depressed so won’t be able to claim ESA much longer. I’m ready to return to work now anyway. Being a doley isn’t too fun although it is easy, doesn’t support my desired lifestyle though.

That sounds like hard going that driving job of yours. Hope all is well with your girlfriend, personally I don’t think I would be able to maintain a long distance relationship. Stay strong though mate if you truly think she is worth it.

cool, cliff diving sounds fun… well you were kinda mobile on the k in that your gf was pulling you around while you were making ‘woahh’ type sounds and expressions…

i’m feeling a bit better now, went to badminton club, got the endorphins going…

its been fine with my gf cos we’ve been able to talk freely, now its a bit hard… but we’ll be ok… is she worth it? *puts on best p0ly-esque ‘mr peng’ accent* – yes she is worth it 🙂

i have a full time job of keeping all the Stars in my galaxy together, and on top of that not letting them collide with each other! (well on a few ocasions I do let them do that, just for fun)

So anyway, what do you think about that for every day job? 😀
