sorry to hear this, do you use lubrication? making sure shes turned on in foreplay. A visit to doc? My friend had this and had an understanding doc and it was cured

She could just be dry and needs loosening up.
She needs to be relaxed and not nervous. Also its important to have plenty of forplay first. Look up some techniques about giving females oral sex, and do this for a good 20 minutes before sticking your penis in.
