BZP’s chemical make up and effect is similar to amphet. I have encountered it before and its stronger than people think. Combined with other drugs such as MDMA it can cause extra stress on the internal organs and brain/body (as can combining any other stimulant).
You may not die but it could be a bit frightening.
Its a great alternative inasmuch that it is legal in many more jurisdictions than other stimulants and you won’t get nicked; and it definitely does have an effect. (not being paranoid about being nicked though does make your night more enjoyable though!)
OTOH It is no more “natural and herbal” than monosodium glutamate; its wholly an artificially produced chemical!
Use it with knowledge and in a reasonable manner. Worth reading all the erowid reports; there are reports of gnarly comedowns and breathing difficulties..
like any other drug it does have an overdose potential and if too many people fuck up, the health authorities of other countries will restrict it just like what happened with magic mushrooms and ketamine in this country.
