You have to be a subscriber to sell things on here mate.
TBH I think that rules mostly for events. This piece of kit is vaguely rave-related, although in todays climate if you fired off one of them things at some raves people would probably end up hitting the deck! Pricey though and also to run, although it has plenty of safety features to keep the health and safety mob happy.
That said, I hope our Northern friend hasn’t simply just joined up here to offload this bit of kit…
yeah I didn’t report the post as i thought about how it might be usefull to some one that organises raves (obv outdoor ones).
I can see it now … “BANG!” “SCREAMS” .. “OMG HE’S GOT A … A … WOW LOOK AT THE PRETTY COLOURS”
you can put either maroons into it (just bang) or confetti or the gerbs, flashes and stars (pretty colours).
is this the same unit being put up for sale on the blue room?
Hey guys,
the system is actually mainly used for indoor events, although it can be used for outdoor displays too!
an example of effects are glitter and confetti, maybe a bit of smoke as well as the usual indoor fountains.
Appreciate what your saying about joining just to sell this, but thats not my intention, i actually joined to read up on other topics in the forum, pretty cool topics might i add!!
Ah ok so it’s not one of the detonators for the big guy fawlks night kinda displays …
I used to have some little indoor fireworks that you light up and they expload confettie everywhere .. i guess this is the same just on a bigger scale
Its actually a lot of fun, have done a fair few indoor shows with it, but i upgraded to a much larger system, hence the above ad.
The glitter cannons are pretty cool, look much better than the confetti!!
just had a look at your website btw….
Now I appreciate this is a bit of a odd/personal question, but I’ve noticed you and your business partner are Asian (so am I!)
TBH I’m impressed as it shows “well we aren’t all terrorists FFS and can use the stuff for peaceful purposes” – but do you ever get hassle/suspicion from feds or anyone else running a fireworks company in the “current climate”? Pyros was something I was interested in a few years back but as you know it all kicked off down south in ’05 and I thought “no fucking way, even having that sort of stuff could be asking for trouble” (I was however once a illegal rave organiser and have minor record for drugs so licensing might be a problem..).
its not just paranoia on our part (but the feds can be really paranoid) as a white dude what is into science and microscopes got busted by the local plod and metpol anti terrorist units up in Norwich, and he wasn’t even doing anything dodgy with the chemicals he was collecting!
i had a proper trippy dream last night after seeing this listing
lets just say i think i better stay away from pyrotechnics
Haha, no i never have any issues with authorities, pretty much because i stick to regulations and do things by the book!! Thats not to say i might not have any problems in the future tho!!
I find most of the issues come from the competition, what businesses will do to stop rivals is unbelievable to say the least!

yep sadly the nightlife scene is ruthlessly competitive (in areas where its allowed) – down south raves are seen as as bad as terrorism so there are much fewer being licensed in some areas!
there was once a time when the crew I was with or other crews round this way would probably have been prepared to drive up to Manchester with the cash for that kit.. but sadly I’ve moved away from the scene a lot and there aren’t any venues what will allow us to host events in my area let alone set off pyro’s!
@josh – if you want to use these sort of things you have to be trained and supervised by someone over 18.. the rules are way stricter about this sort of stuff..
