I’m not saying black people don’t do meth but they tend to be involved more in the distribution of other drugs ergo the customers of black gang members aren’t see meth too often and don’t buy it, kinda like how suburban white kids don’t get too many cracks at PCP

we had that cultural divide too in the UK; it was rarer until mid 90s / 2000s to see black people in Brtain doing chemical drugs; they smoked plenty of cannabis though. In the 80s my black friends openly expressed a strong dislike for chemical drugs and thought they were worse for you. Today though drugs use is more or less multicultural…
