Party Vibe

Hey,
last friday I went to a party in a forest and one of my friends had what she thought was a dab of mandy and a lot of alcohol, and I talked to her later on in a really weird state. She tried to talk to me but she kept getting stuck on words as if she had a really, really, really bad stutter, when she tried to say my name(james) she sounded a bit like this; “Jamejamejamejamejamejamejame..” then when i offered to go get a friend she said something roughly like; “nononononononononononono- I I I I I I I I I I I I I- can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t can’t cant’ can’t- talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk”.
The thing is she was walking around pretty normally and her eyes weren’t all dopey they were like normal verging on pretty wide, so she wasn’t like completely fucked in the typical way. I was pretty surprised she was like this from taking mandy, I guess I wouldn’t be as surprised if it was a heavier stimulant like speed or something but she’s pretty sure it was MD. It was a very cold night too.
I don’t know how long she was like this because I saw her like this about 10 minutes before we left but I talked to her on the phone like 2-3 hours later when she went to mc donalds with her friend and she only stuttered on the first word she said and then she was fine for the rest of the conversation,I haven’t noticed her having a stutter usually.
Has anyone seen this with Mandy or anything before? It was well weird.
