Not forgetting Love Honour & Obey (with Jude Law, Sadie Frost and the welsh actor whose name I cant think of atm)

^^ also a very good film!

Watched a decent one recently, Awaydays

Very original and off the wall, not really a footie movie at all

i’m just loving this thread… so many great suggestions… and lots of amusing comments…

    😛 🙂 😀

I think I am in a position to recommend films. What kind of films do u like ?

I have an eclectic taste but my most favourite films are prolly thrillers. These might be SciFi thrillers, crime thrillers, espionage or whatever but with the essential thriller ingredient of suspense and plenty of clever twists to the plot line.

One film I really loved was Munich (2005).

Look forward to reading more of your suggestions :weee:

There is no accounting for personal taste and all that..

The Spirit was shit by the way

I forgot to report back after watching it. Certainly not the worst film I’ve seen but it’s definitely fairly low down on my movieometer.

    :laugh_at:
I’ll deffo take your advice on that and give that film a miss.

The best film I’ve watched in a while was… *nervously looks left then right* Star Trek (2009)
I hate to come across as a TrekieTwat but it was better than expected. Yes, it’s a film with lots of special effects but they’ve gone to great lengths to make them as plausible as possible. Like having lens flares during CGI scenes, which made it look “real” or real-er 🙂
