Whats Retalliation? never herd of that,
Came out after RA 2 – quite a rare game, Russia invades America.
I’m up for some RA gaming when I’m settled – I’m gonna set my rifle man on you
retailition is like the updated version of RA the original
when you complete all the campaigns you can go to the UK and do the Ant levels! they are crazy
You could just download Tiberium wars and set up a cracked server… Save buying it 😀
I downloaded Red Alert 3, hated it. Like RTS for kids. I know it’s always been light hearted but previous ones were fun and still realistic enough to be enjoyable. This one has way too many wacky units that look like toys.
This is why I prefer the normal Command and Conquers. Played since the very first one on PS1. Was awesome! Story line is ace too. Tiberium wars was good, really enjoyed it, however have never been an online fan, it’s all to easy to spam and what not which I don’t find fun. I like battling it out for an hour making use of high tier units and base defences, but doesn’t fair well on a game mainly designed on the basis that offence is the best defence.
For this reason I found Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. And it took the top spot of best RTS I’ve played. Amazingly diverse yet balanced strategies. I can now play how I want “turtling”, staying in my base while expanding and making use of defences. It’s a viable strategy. There’s a massive amount of units, massive amount of buildings and massive amount of strategies. Battles are fought over square miles with a zoom function that can be 20ft off the floor or 1000ft in the air. And fully rotatable camera at any angle. You can effectively look from FPS view over the entire battlefield if you have a good enough computer.
It’s about 2 years old and I think is the newer version of something called Total Anhilation which was popular years ago apparently. Im dubious when It comes to new RTS but this was fucking brilliant.
Just thought i’d try and convert you all because if you like the C & C series as much as I did you’ll enjoy this alot more!! Did I mention you can control something like a 1000 units?
Only problem is you have to have the expansion really (although a very good expansion, it’s not just extra units and missions) because the AI completely fucking sucks on the main game.

looks good man but its a bit expensive. Hate cracked versions they just bugger up your PC half the time and half the time they dont work, at least in my experience.

now there’s a plan and a half!
What were they made for Poly?
Also 1984, you must be doing something wrong then 🙂 I’ve been using cracked games since I was about 14 and have no problems. As long as you download the scene releases from reputable torrent sites and read the comments first.
My nans boyfriend always used to go on about how games fucked up the computer and I believed him until I learnt about computers and realised he was talking shit.

I think cracks are hit and miss if you look at the comments they are nearly always full of positive and negative comments. But then I don’t have a good private games torrent tracker, I tend to and will continue to stear clear of software, way to easy to hide malicious software in them. But I am quite protective over my PC

99% of the those negative comments are from people who don’t know what they’re on about. Most Anti Virus and what not will flag cracks because of how they work to bypass the games security.
I only use PirateBay anyway, although Demonid is good too. It’s private and bad torrents get taken off. It’s offline at the minute though. I must have used about 1 terabyte of torrented stuff and haven’t had a virus in years.
