I recently finished reading half a book on RV, I say half cos I had to return the book. What’s interesting is most of the information supplied on utube is of an American perspective, whereas it’s generally agreed that the Russians are far more advanced in this type of research. The Russians started the research 50 years before the American in the 20’s (not the 50’s as the utube fella above mentions) but had to put a temporary stop to the research as Stalin thought it was too spooky!
As for Sinner69’s idea of tin foil hats, they exist too but in the form of buildings in both America and Russia as an attempt to block remote viewers.
