this is an odd situation but unfortunately anything which isn’t sold with a full and valid description of exactly what is in the packet is unlikely to get anywhere near the UK or if it does is soon enough stomped on. The UK Border Force and domestic authorities (Police, Trading standards) are 100% aware of what is going on on the remaining RC market, and are not willing in the slightest to make concessions or tolerate anything more than the smaller selection of chemicals which slip through the net as they aren’t as popular/euphoric as the cathinones. According to some sources this RC apparently “turns into mephedrone” in storage (not sure how scientifically correct this is). According to others it was a vain attempt to buck the system in the hope that if mephedrone is packaged as something else it won’t be investigated.
Although the resources to test internally shipped packages are stretched they are not totally non existent – eventually authorities catch up with vendors who think they are one step ahead of them and hundreds/thousands of pounds of stock are lost.
Some big vendors I never thought would go down (as most of what they shipped was still UK legal RCs) have been forced out of business – the moment anything has just a trace of a controlled substance the authorities now seize the wholesale stocks.
that doesn’t excuse a company not delivering – they should have just said “no, we don’t have it or we planned to get it but that didn’t work” and turned down the business but TBH unless you are dealing with a business which will accept credit card sales and operates within the UK or an EU country it is always more risky, it is no better than buying normal drugs from a street level dealer in many respects (even your own safety as if they turn out to be class B’s you are compromising the safety of your home address)
BTW Its more of a crime to rip off peoples credit cards than to sell chemical substances even if they are used in a legal grey market. In the years I used to regularly do RC’s (a while ago now) and I used a card from a bank whose security staff are very clued up I noticed some companys simply would not accept my business and would cancel the orders without notice. Nothing bad happened with my card but I got the feeling these companies carefully cherry picked who they dealt with to avoid having to deal with “difficult customers”.
