interesting, if the two women who wrote happy birthday to had kept the copy write to the song instead of givng it to warner bros, then wouldnt they be able to leave it in their will to someone, which i think is fair, copy write lasts 250 years doesnt it? Never knew warner made millions a year from it mind, it was probably them that got marilyn monroe to sing it to the president
