what’s the best way to take it. crush them or just taking the pills?

if you want them to get stimulation and the pill is a capsule with lots of tiny spherical pellets inside, that must be crushed as it supposely defeats the slow release method.

I have done riatalin alot, I had 36mg concerta pills I believe and I separated the methylenphenidate from the time release junk and I find just eating them is the best.

how much did you take?

36 mg at the same time or split up in smaller portions?

I usually popped 2-5 pills depending on if I was looking for a recreational high or just trying to get work done at night and binge.

But since it was ER I usually cut the pills in half and looked up extractions for the methlyenphenidate.

I always crush the pellets after eptying the 40mg capsuls using a pill grinder 😉 faster and more controle over your high!!
