ritalin and MDMA are both stimulants.
I have done both in the same night before (and even also other amfetamines) and not suffered ill effects, but you are putting bigger strain on your heart and other organs.
although I have never been officially diagnosed with ADHD I have suffered from the symptoms since childhood and have found amfetamines in small doses can help my concentration so I know why you would want to take them.
How good is your state of general physical health and fitness? (although I suspect it must be reasonable for the NHS to prescribe you the stimulants)
It is however possible the emotional comedown may be worse, you might find you have to check yourself more if you are prone to impulsive or inappropriate behaviour
NB: I am not a trained medical professional, although it could be argued I have used myself as a laboratory rodent for many years, and I am fairly sure I was not dead when I woke up this morning :laugh_at:
The main thing is to listen to your body, and if you are feeling out of breath/overstressed/panicked in any way to get to a nice chilled area with good friends, and usually nothing bad will then happen.
