1 hour may not be enough and no need to swim here. If you have had a heavy meal beforehand or something could make the time to kick in a lot longer. I once hammered a load of aMT after eating a shitload and I was stupid. I tripped so hard it was unreal but something I wouldn’t repeat in my right mind so just give it time bud.
