yeah thats kinda what i did exept i just chewed them and swalowed them … all it said on the packet was to remove the huskes not the shell ..but a friend of mine said to try and remove the shell as well …. did them pills with baby woodrose seeds in and they didn’t make me feel sick at all .. and i took 4 of them .. they contain about 250 mg of seeds in each them iirc but tbh they wern’t very strong .. but then again i had done 2 other types of legal drugs earlyer in the day and my brain chemistry was probably all fucked up by then lol :you_crazy
