at least here it stops with “words of advice” from the bobby – this is not an srrest and he/she can do without needing the parents present;it has been like that for minor youth offending since the 1980s.
only someone who repeatedly uses their mobile device to harrass ex partners/call 999/112 without good reason or uses their computer to carry out DDOS or deliberately disrupt a target system would get these resitrictions.
