I wasn’t aware there was such a series we are talking about ronin aren’t we? that book is seriously dark and disturbing, if it were made into a film I wouldn’t watch it; literal Samurai horror but at the same time it’s brilliant and so Japanese, I’ve always loved Orientals since I was 5 or 6 watching Bruce lee films but Ronin isn’t as wholesome as Lee’s great body of work… Although according to myth Bruce was killed by some trippy martial arts professional who merely touched him, on a documentary about Bruce Lee I discovered he had the power to touch people lightly one afternoon and by next morning they’d wake up with a broken Jaw talk about channelling the inner Chi but I digress Ronin is like a bad, inspiring, oriental, lord of the rings acid trip that never ends.
Please try and find the Empty mirror, it does disclose actual Buddhist magic and is a very jovial yet respectful outlook on Zen Buddhism.
