It’s nearly that time of the year again folks.. anyone else go picking? Weather has taken a lovely turn for the best.. 2 weeks and i reckon it will commence down south.
Im after some advice. When is it best to pick them? Where are the ideal places to find them? I no a couple of sheep fields in my area. Im also confused about the whole frost thing. I no it kills them but do they grow before the first frost or after. I live in norfolk and it has rained here for last three days and was wondering if its worth having a hunt for them at the weekend? Im a noobie to all this but have done loads of research on what they look like and where im most likely to find them. But alot of different pages say different things.
Any help is much appreciated.

No one? I’ll post pictures of this years haul when it’s time…
I would love to but have no idea how to pick them. I have a book but it was made in the 70s and the climate has changed since then so the dates will of changed.
I haven’t even tried shrooms 🙁

You NEED to trip on mushrooms, its vital.
Every tripper has a preferred psychedelic that works for them (with most common being LSD) but for me, Psilocybin, really is a powerful teacher.
I wasnt planning to go picking this autumn as ill be busy continuing my degree and will be in london, so finding the time to travel out for a weekend is tricky.
However, I brought some *oyster mushrooms* spores from a website I didnt want to use (but had to thanks to usual source being empty) and they were instantly contaminated so I have no choice but to get off my arse and go pick some.
Still have a few grams of last years, but I want enough to trip properly and with loved ones.
