Wrong way round.
High THC gives nice high high cbd gives you a heavy mong feeling.
90% of people nowadays class any sensi as skunk even though they are smoking dirt. The damp weed favoured by most of the street dealers is sensi but of very low THC content due to the fact that it is not full mature or flushed properly.
Basically unless your weed looks like this (see below attached image is fuckin massive)
Then its not worth the money. I can smoke 7g a day of this and not suffer from any adverse affects yet one or two joints of wet weed makes me crazy.
