Its only worth it if you can get it imported its £8 a pack in Britain. Thats 35g packs as well.

The book works 5 years since i had a smoke…

I agree with the smoking ban being shit however i did see that Acid Monkey had heated smoking tents with tunes 🙂

Maybe there is some creative ways of catering for smokers to enjoy having a fag & a beer.

I don’t smoke but people still smoke in my car and it really doesn’t bother me. At first i thought i would be one of these holier than thou non smokers but the book just removes the smoking 🙂

I still enjoy the smell of sweet bud on the dance floor becuase i know i’m at a proper party then 😉

Think im about ready to stop. Down to just 2/3 a day now, but its just so hard to completely give up the stupid addiction. Especially when drinking!

Mostly I found it was easiest when I had something to play with when I would have been smoking so I bought a big silver puzzle ring to play with and that helped me a lot.

    i like smoking

i dont mind others smoking at all

the ban was unfair on landlords etc, should be a choice

i hate grannies that sit next to you then suddenly start coughing …

i smoked frm 14, most of my mates were into pt…so smked pot for a few yrs thru college, looking back wasted money, finally gave up in 2004 with nigorette patches, i joined a free councilling service called smoke free an every week i went alng an had to breath into this machine thing it told me how much crap was left in my lungs….i fuked off all the pot head mates cos they wouldnt come to my house if they couldnt have a spliff…so not really good mates…
i changed my lifestyle it was the hardest thing i ve ever ever done, i had bad dreams i was a moody so an so….but id tried to quit a few times an gone back…they say its like a revolving door you keep going thru until oneday you do it for good …
you really have to want to an have perciverance…i gt into climbing kick boxing an my whole lifestyle changed…

im silly tho, cos when i go out with my mates an they are smoking an im pissed i will have some, an if i ve had a pill an i m in a club i crave pot an smoke , i only go out once a flood so …. but you know the next day i get home get a shower , feel so dirty lol, an go back to my lifestyle of looking after myself …

but believe me i would never go back to smoking any other time an when im not out it dont ever enter my head,,,,i gues s its just me saying ahhh fuk it its one nite …

ALLEN CARR – THE EASY WAY TO GIVE UP SMOKING.

You may not belive that just reading a book could stop you smoking, but it did me and loads of my mates.

You say you enjoy smoking, but all you really enjoy doing is relieving the withdrawal pangs. When you first started smoking, im sure you said to yourself im not gonna do this forever.

Stopping smoking is easy its just getting rid of the head stuff, the actual chemical addiction isnt really that bad.

SynopsisThis is the revolutionary international bestseller that will stop you smoking for good. If you follow my instructions you will be a happy non-smoker for the rest of your life.’ That’s a strong claim from Allen Carr, but as the world’s leading and most successful quit smoking expert, Allen is right to boast! Reading this book is all you need to give up smoking. You can even smoke while you read. There are no scare tactics, you will not gain weight and stopping will not feel like deprivation. If you want to kick the habit then go for it. Allen Carr has helped millions of people become happy non-smokers. His unique method removes your psychological dependence on cigarettes and literally sets you free. Accept that there is no substitute. Five million people can’t be wrong.

The books only £2.99 off of amazon, less than a pack of 20 what have you got to lose?

P.s Im not motumba or Allen carr 😉

started smoking aged 14 stoped age 29, had never really seriously thought about stopping before, and did it with the book.
however nearly 2 years later was silly and have been back on em for the last few weeks, got the book out and plan to get back on it again,

I dont like smoking, can see no real benefit, dotn like the smell and etc etc, but mental mind is very good at the moment with ignoring all this as a way not to think about other things going on at the mo :you_crazy

have bin smoking for about 7 years
i stoped for 6 months then my mates startid smoking and i caved in and startid agean
the smoking ban in scotland came in nerly a year befor it did in england
and scotland has been noted for its cold wet wether
i was not botherd by the ban untill winter and then it got cold and very wet it would have been alrite if bisnasis were given a grant or something like that to put up shelters but insted thay band smoking in all enclosed publice places wich countid as anything wich had 50% cover.
wich meens that its ilegal to smoke in most bus stops and when its hawling a gale you its hard to spark up a smoke
thow the law isnt realy folowd its realy unfare on the publice and the bisnasis alike as has already been said it should have been a choise.

i quit smoking 5 years ago after smoking for 8 years, i ended up chain smoking towards the end and developed a nasty chest infection so had to quit..developed asthma which i take meds for, its a bit annoying but glad i have managed to not smoke again. I think the lack of smoking in pubs is great for breathing problems but think people should make their own decisions for stopping smoking rather than the government forcing it. Also pubs are losing custom with the ban although my local has put a gazebo up in the beer garden with heat lamps so everyone can sit in there and be social again!

Anyone else noticed how much pubs and clubs stink of urine, sweat and farts now that smoke doesnt cover it up?:laugh_at:

Went to Fabric recently and refused to go onto the main dancefloor :yakk:

A lot of clubs are now looking into fragrance systems!

Some pubs are using fragrence systems that simulate tobacco :you_crazy
