I almost punched someone today cos i really really need a fag now and they were ripping it out of me! I ain’t happy at all now how long does it take for the cravings to disappear? I ain’t smoked for 3 days now this being the 3rd day. Ignore my previous post this is a right mission now:head_bang

after 3 days the nicotine has left the body. The rest is just head stuff. Once you’ve got rid of that your laughing (which is why the books good). Also dont think your giving anything up because that puts a value on the cigerette. Your stopping a habit that is bad for you and you have to pay through the nose for the privelage.

God i sound like one of those ex-smokers i used to hate (sorry)
