Like pat says, it’s about 50% of all smokers that die of smoking related diseases … but still that’s a fucking HUGE amount!
I manged to quit fully once for a good few months, and another time stopped for half a year mby whilst using vape cigs. The major problem I found with the vape ones is the dose, and the fact you have a never ending cigarette. I go much more addicted to nicotine when using a vape. But then the health benefits speak for them selves, if it wasn’t so expensive to run a vape, I’d have one now. They should deffo give them out on prescription as well as selling them imo. They should also be tax fee, but fat chance of that.
