What’s with all the smoking related threads? It’s a bit monotonous and dull, as far as I see it, I’m gonna smoke and nobody should tell me otherwise regardless of who they are. Smoking is one of the very very liberties we have these days and I for one will not be quitting.
End of moan. Thank you.
Agreed mate,
the only reason that all of the smoking threads are at the top is because some moron dug them all up trying to get us all to quit.
I would like to take this opportunity to announce I’m gonna start smoking again in honour of all these threads, so thank you partypip, you’re now a murderer by proxy!
I think this sums it up nicely for all the smokers out there:

TBH I have absolutely no bloody idea. The last lot of pinoys/pinays tried advertising a miracle cure for some other illness and got locked off but either this guy either forgot his ad, or genuinely wants to stop people smoking (he’d be better off trying that in his own country or Malaysia TBH but would still have a hard time of it). Maybe this chap is just waiting to see if he can sneak in the ad – though its not as if there aren’t loads of smoking cessation materials available in the UK, and without MHRA approval his products are no more allowed than RC’s :yakk: its more amusing than anything seeing anyone from SE Asia telling us not to smoke as they all smoke like chimneys out there, often whilst driving or riding a motorbike and talking on a mobile at the same time, so the road crashes do for more people than cigs..
I honestly smoke recreationally. I don’t know many others that do. I haven’t smoked for ten days but next weekend I might.

I started recreationally, but then when I moved to Uni I had a lot of free time and smoking seemed to help cure some of the bordem so I starting smoking more.

But, if enough people quit tobacco and the tax revenue falls to zero, wouldn’t that force legalisation of marijuana?
Or perhaps an air tax. We are talking about politicians here… individuals very skilled in the art of deception, evasion, and projection of illusion.
once you’ve been a habitual smoker i think its quite hard to reverse it and become a recreational smoker again, im not saying u cant do it, but just always has feeling of slippery slope… but i actually dont think its hard to stop smoking, its just hard to be bothered

I smoked all day everyday from 16-17/almost 18 and i quit in a click on the finger along with cannabis and then about a year and half later decided to toke again when i was drunk and only use every now and then.
i just never understood the tobacco appeal, it’s fucking rough shit.
i think so you know about relationship between relationship between smoking and lung cancer, but did you know smoking is also linked to heart disease, stroke and other chronic lung diseases? Smoking can also increase your risk for cancer of the bladder.
