having looked up just what this stuff actually is (AFAIK its not very common in the UK!) I can’t see any advantage in snorting it as opposed to just taking the tablets. the side effects would remain the same as taking the drug in tablet form; with the addition of random nosebleeds ad a greater risk of overdose if you don’t know or forget how many tablets have been crushed up!
For the benefit of UK and european readers who may not have come across the substance, its a form of opiate-based pain killer; The nearest equivalent I could think of in Britain would be the DF/118 equivalents or co-proxamol
If you’re gonna divert legal pharm supplies to recreational use, IMO you might as well follow the manufacturers instructions as to how to take them; and regulate the dose. This stuff can fuck up your internal organs big time if you overdo it.
TBH I’m a bit uncomfortable with the idea of using this kind of stuff recreationally. Round my way these “DF/118” tablets are valued by the smackheads if the heroin supply goes dry- there was even a local band named after them, and ironically its also the area code for my city which has one of the largest populations of problem drug users outside London! That said one or two won’t hurt (or may dull the pain if you have over-exerted yourself at parties or sports) but its easy to fall down the slippery slope. I tend to associate these things with smackheads and suicides.
