yeah not too bad man. i seriously thought i was doomed after smoking 20 the other day. i been cycling like a mad man last couple of days to keep my mind away from it!
Old old thread but had to write this. I have now successfully stopped smoking. I don’t have cravings, I don’t like the smell. The last cig I had was on the 28th November.
And it was all thanks to Allen Carr! I love that chatty man. :weee:

Just been reading that smoking causes a large decrease in the amount of MAO (Monoamine oxidase) in your body. So in theory could lead to depression of some kind (I know I allways feel ten times better in body and mind when I’ve quit smoking for a good few weeks).
I get lethal like a loose cannon without nicotine and the world is better off with me smoking….

Yeah I’m not a happy bunny for the first week or two after stopping – but it soon fades! 😉
