Bless me father for I want to sin. It’s been 3 months since my last cigarette. I still have cravings, When I get pissed (as I am now) I still want to smoke one, I know if I do I won’t like it at all and all my hard work will be for nothing but the cravings are still there and it’s not the one.

I had this last weekend as well. when I was on the pingers, I well wanted to smoke a menthol. The feelings should past soon but it’s fucking annoying I tells ya.

I know mate, But why am I feeling this now, It’s been 3 months since I last smoked. I even had a dream the other night where I was puffing away.

My willpower is pretty good though now. I’ve even had mad sessions, pissed up, on the marching powder, people around me smoking and I’m still refused em. it’s weird why I’m having these intense cravings now. :you_crazy

not smoked since December, last weekend I was doing the stimulant MPA (its not as bad as its made out to be, but nor is it a meph replacement) and at one point wanted to buy some cigs, maybe even a pack of cigars but managed to get over it…

might be that last bit of nicotine that you have lodged in your subconcious giving a last little kick as it is moved out of your body? cant be much longer till its totally out. cant remember how long my craving lasted prob about the same as you.. they just get less and less frequent and easier to ignore

Good on ya GL! Do you find its easier to say no when you are sober. it’s just when you’re on something you want to smoke again even though you know it’s bad for you.

Also here’s one for you all. if there was a 100% full proof cure for all smoking related diseases would you start smoking again?

fuck.that! the thought of smoking now is rank, not just the cough, but the smell on your clothes, bad breath, and effect on your taste buds and the fact that you are addicted to something so not 100% in control of yourself or your actions. free your mind…

that’s the thing, it’s all of that for me as well. until i have a drink. Although now I don’t want one at all, as you say it’s a craving, they come and go. interestingly though, the last time I stopped I got to this point (3 months) and then went to france and started again. I reckon I’ll stay the course, I really don’t want to be a smoker again!! :crazy_diz

times of stress do make you reach for the cigs sometimes. It’s terrible. Its taking all of my willpower not to touch em tonight, it’s working at the moment but i have run out of booze. i need something to take the edge off!!

Smoking is dangerous for the health but the ration of the smokers is growing I do’t know why
but it is fact. We should take step to aware the people and try to save our youth.

I don’t smoke ever because due to its harmful effects on life….
I also say my friends to let it go and leave this bad habit….

    Hi All,

Some effective tips for all who are trying to quit smoking.

Makeup your mind and stick to your goals,

Do consult your doctor and follow doctor’s advice,

Keep money you would spend on cigarettes in a saving jar and plan for a treat tomorrow,

Set a quit day and make your quit day special,

Ask your family members and friends to support you in quitting cigarettes,

    Keep your teeth clean,

Avoid going to places where you might find smokers,

Do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity to stay healthy.
