just keep in mind that smoking is definitely not sexy. it makes you smell and taste bad. and look bad eventually. and it makes you cough and then you sound like Gollum.

I love me tobacco…sexy or not I want my precious…
I would say 90% of the fags i smoke are at work. I do 10 hours shifts and the only breaks we get other than a lunch break are fag breaks when its busy, therefore i can end up having 10-15 fags just because its a chance to have a sit down. I also end up smoking alot at work when theres nothing to do as im bored stupid and trying to kill some time.
When im at home ill maybe smoke one fag a day or every couple of days as ive got better things to do! The only other time i will smoke fags is if ive had a drink then they just taste really nice for some reason hahaha. I wouldnt say smoking is sexy but at the same time i dont really find it that unattractive, its just one of those things people do for alsorts of werid reasons.
personally, i would break up with someone if they smoked, it’s just so gross. it’s such a womanly habit. i just think of old hags huddled together smoking their “faaaags” and it’s like, ew. on top of all the disgusting shit you end up choking up. and snuggling up to someone that smells like stale smoke makes me gag cos i have really sensitive smell. and i hate going out to dinner when there’s someone who is always wanting to get up and go outside and smoke, it’s so rude. and i don’t want yellow teeth and nails, dull skin, be all wrinkly, infertile, stink of smoke and look 60 when i’m only 40. what are the pros again?
I can see why you dislike smoking, however i think personally you are making a bigger deal out of it than it is. In a perfect world no one would smoke, but we live in a far from perfect world. There a million things that people do that bug me more than having a fag and smelling of smoke for abit. Yes it will damage your health but who is anyone too jugde someones choice over weather they smoke or not?
My 2 cents anyway.
I would be smoking in a perfect world and kick those stupid smoking laws in the ass!
thank sweet jesus for smoking laws 😀
you’re right, matt, its your own choice but.. i just think it’s ugly. people think “it won’t be me who dies from smoking” but there’s a 50% chance it will be, and i just can’t see any pros to doing it.
basically if you want hat’s lovin’ then you can’t be a smoker.
I don’t smoke :p
being from about the same age group as Sinner, from our experiences as young boys and then as teenagers in the 1980s it was then seen as the “manly” thing to smoke. My Dad was Chinese too and they are notorious smokers (a common joke in Malaysia is that Chinese babies are born with a cigarette in their mouths).
I smoked from age 15 until age 37 and then decided I couldn’t be bothered with it any more due to the exorbitant cost of cigarettes in the UK, the fact my Dad had died in 2000 from serious ill health (though smoking wasn’t the main cause it didn’t help matters) and not going partying as much (TBH by the time I was in my mid 30s I had gone from regular to just social smoking).
I may have smoked a cigarette once in 2010, I can’t remember, but nowadays I can’t be arsed with buying them.
Also a lot of my current friends do not smoke at all or no longer do so, probably because a large proportion of them are eco-friendly hippy types and there are some most unpleasant issues with how tobacco farmers in some nations are treated.
That said I don’t like the argument that some supposed “pro-drugs” activists have that “alcohol and tobacco are legal but as dangerous as illegal drugs” – as although its true it also hands a platform to governments of all politicial persuasions to increase taxes on these legal substances and restrict their use – and nightlife as a whole something which is already happening.
if you are British and below the age of 30 you might take for granted the fact that its not seen as odd for young people to be on the streets way after midnight due to the amount of “townie” venues and late opening bars (even if you do not use them yourself) and they don’t get stopped and searched half as much as they once did. This is all a relatively new development though, happened in my lifetime and is slowly being rolled back.
I haven’t smoked in about 3 months
I had sort off quit up until friday 8pm’ish, i was out walking and felt fine,
but decided to go past my local pub and have a spliff of one of the lads outside.
One of them had just come back from jamaica, and they were steamed drinking the rum he had brought back.
I’ve been on one until yesterday evening.
And have mostly slept since

manaman on the rugs!
smoking tobacco is pretty much the only thing i havnt took up big time lol, mostly because when i was like 14 i smoked a cigarette in about 30 seconds and had such a whitey, was lieing in bed for about 3 hours feeling horrible and every time i smell it or take an odd draw i feel that exact same sickness coming back on, cant stand kissing smokers or even when somebody smokes in the car i have to open the window lol, glad tho cus it would be more money down the drain on a pointless habit, i cant even smoke a joint with a tiny bit of tobacco in it! lol
