So how is the giving up going for everyone? I am doing surprisingly ok tbh, This nicorette inhalator works pretty damn well in that you don’t need to smoke when you have this thing with ya.

It doesn’t work so well when you have a beer but for during the week and quiet weekends it’s awesome.

Much more effective than the Ecig imo!

Still not smoking. Don’t miss it at all. Have even banned myself from drinking beer so there’s no temptation to smoke.

Although when the World Cup starts that’ll change lol! raaa
