I have gone a full week without smoking and have no desire to have one. I know a few people on here are attempting to stop so how are you all doing then? :love:

yay, day 4 and feelin better bout it every day! gonna be doin fookin loads of exercise over the next week, so i’m hopin for an immediate impact! :weee:

unfortunately gonna be hanging out wi a smoker, so it will be quite challengin!

a bit like wednesday… :hopeless:

anyways, it’ll be a huge victory if i can keep this goin, and i defo feel like i’m gonna do it, yay! still, one day at a time, sweet Garry! :crazy:

nice to think i’m not the only one trying to get this monkey off me back, i think TG is about a week ahead of us, on the same game…

how long u been a smoker cliffy? i’v done bout 20 years, plenty long enuff!

I started smoking age 13 so thats about 12 and a bit years. I’m going out tonight for a few drinks so this is going to be my first real test! Im gonna be fucked if i see charles tonight! :laugh_at:

I’d be quite happy to continue smoking but currently they make me feel really ill. I don’t really crave one but keep going through the rolling ritual meaning I end up rolling half a pack of baccy with no intention of smoking…

I ended up smoking taylor made for a month or so, in order to stop rolling (my favorite) before quitting
