Fell off the wagon that weekend when i stayed up all night. Was doing so well until my cuz came round and gave me a bit of poodle. Had a bit of that and had to smoke. So it’s on and off atm.

i think u need to not take stimulants for at least a few months to begin with! (and alcohol in large amounts)
