HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA IVE STARTED SMOKING AGAIN! LOL! Seriously though, little things piss me off and i’m cynical in everything i do, couldn’t take it anymore. Even the nicotine gum stopped working, made me ill!

Ordered that electronic cigarette as well but gonna head to the docs and see what they can do for me. 😉

ahh, i’v had a wobble too… a stressful weekend and now i’m puffin away like a good un. :hopeless:

got some patches and i’m gonna kick it off again on friday, cos i’m away this weekend, so no temptation/stress.

I would try the book but i’m a bit of a stubborn git, and i want all the glory for meself.
