Shop down my local town centre, Saver something. They’re selling 96 pieces of fruit flavoured nicotine gum for £2.99.

Considering it would cost you about £20 in a chemist for the same thing i think this is a fooking bargain! raaaraaa

One Week smoke free, Haven’t even had one. I gotta say this is alot easier this time round.

when I stopped for the first time after 2 yrs I ended up smoking cigars ‘when out’ and then those cafe cremes – 20 a day :crazy::crazy:

Nah no Cubans for me lol, today is my one week anniversary of being smoke free. If i can make it through this weekend without smoking then i know i’m on the right track to kicking it forever.

Have even inspired a couple mates at work to give up as well! raaa

well, I’m just finishing my 400 from madrid and turned down another 400 from germany (my mate travels with work) and am hoping to sort my shit out in a few weeks and stop……

I’VE CRACKED IT!!!! I went to the pub earlier with my cuz and had a couple pints. Was out in the garden while he smoked a couple fags and i didn’t even have an urge to smoke myself.

Feeling well pleased with meself!

Next step is when i’m on a rug session. Specially with the ol poodle. Hmmm that will be a proper fucking test of nerves!

Was funny though at the pub, two birds sitting next to us and they were quite fit. One of em kept looking at me but cos she had a fag on the go, i said to my cuz (about the girl), “Ergh i ain’t going near ya, you smell of smoke”

I can see me turning into a right cunt of an ex smoker!
