I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for people that have smoked a little too much synthetic cannabis or too much of the real thing. What are some of your tips for ‘coming down’ or relaxing in a situation where you are getting anxious and concerned about your well being?
We’ve all been there, specially after smoking too much while you’re drunk. The standard “green out” – what are your tips for coming right and coming down or at the very least dealing with it?
Here are some of my personal ones;
If I’m sober and I’ve smoked too much, anxiety is creeping up, I like to skull a beer or two. Perhaps a couple of shots, it lowers my anxiety quickly.
I find if I’m thinking bad thoughts or I don’t feel comfortable in the situation, I go for a small walk, and move myself to a more comfortable environment.
I look at the time and set a goal, usually most blends seem to peak at 5 minutes and wear down after 25. That gives me 20 minutes to get through. Goes pretty quickly.
I’m curious what some other methods you guys use, this can apply to natural cannabis, but ideally we are talking about the short lasting but strong effects of synthetic cannabis.

i like to go walking also if i get like that. i dont smoke weed really anymore but i used to a lot, but i tend to be addicted to something or other most of the time… exercise is always good, love going to the gym if im feeling glum. a trick a friend told me is to do chores; sounds strange but kinda gives the right to feel down cos youre still doing something good for yourself, and at the end he says he normally feels good with himself… i find washing up weirdly theraputic
Best way to not get anxious smoking cannabis is by not smoking it in the first place. Trust it works perfectly. 😉

I always smoke legal highs, I’m most certainly a regular user. but whenever i buy them i always try something new..then whenever it is too strong i just go easy and tr come.dowb for me is waking up earlie with the worst headache ever and in a pissy mood. but i just chill in my room lmao.
Doing chores, drawing random things or taking the dogs for a walk was my personal favorites. Sounds weird but if you’re that monging out and you’re not with people try to have an Out of Body Experience, there pretty cool! 😀
Smoking too much, especially if you vape the pure noid without blending it with herbs, can by all accounts be a pretty nasty experience. The best you can expect is that it is pretty quickly over with. If you mix with herbs in a reasonable ratio and don’t go crazy you should be OK.
Eat but not 2 much, drink water plenty of water. Trust me u’ll flush that shit out of ya. Always worked 4 me.
