There is a genuine North European dialect (Lower Saxon) which is a varying mixture of NL, DE, DK, NO and lolcat ( for instance maar / naar (NL) become moar and noar ). I found a translation of some story (in an even more obscure varient of this dialect nearer to Scandinavia) where an old man was wandering around the woods in darkness and filthy weather; and called for the moon and stars but they had all gone to bed as the weather was so rough (which was the explanation for why he was stuck out in the dark…)
