    ‪Chill Out (Complete Mix) – The KLF‬‏ – YouTube

check this for soothing chill out 🙂

thanks mate, I’m always on the look out for new chill out! 🙂

Sorry but your an idiot! Why take that much in such a short space of time?

Even with 100% pure mdma u wud only need 250 mg at most

I know, I have been an idiot, u right. I should have asked how much that dosage would have lasted for and never ever should have taken in three hours.

And now I still feel this bad sensation behind my neck during the day, last night still had minor spasms and had to take 2 drops of Rivotril (doctor prescribed 10 drops but they are really strong and I don’t want to become addicted on it to sleep, and it also leaves me a bit dizzy in the morning). I only need the minimum amount to make me sleep.

Still taking vitamins, magnesium…tonight i will try with some melatonin to sleep. Looking for some weed too that I think could be a good alternative.

Thanks Extraslim for the link to the wiki info.

I read it all and from there i read also the part concerning spasms (myoclonus) Myoclonus – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia where it says : …Anatomically, myoclonus may originate from lesions of the cortex, subcortex or spinal cord. The presence of myoclonus above the foramen magnum effectively excludes spinal myoclonus, but further localisation relies on further investigation with electromyography (EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG)….

I am thinking of going to another neurologist to have EEG or EMG done, what do you think?

Thanks Extraslim for this. I read it all an went also to the page of the Myoclonus (spasms) Myoclonus – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia where it says: ….Anatomically, myoclonus may originate from lesions of the cortex, subcortex or spinal cord. I am thinking of going to take EEG or EMG, you think it is needed?

Meanwhile I still had spasms last night and had to take some drops of rivotril to sleep. I would like to replace that with melatonin, I will try tonight. I really have been an idiot, i should have asked about dosage.

    that sounds like serotonin syndrome

EDIT: in fact this all sounds like serotonin syndrome (the blokes post)

If you’re still having spasims definatly go back to the docs.

Go and see your doc, this is not good at all… 🙁

Last night I did a good yoga meditation before bed and took 3mg of melatonine and could sleep, without having spasms. Melatonine should not reduce spasms i guess so i should be on the good way to recovery i hope…i will take appointment with the doctor anyway as you suggested.

Just to let you know that, after 20 days, the spasms have disappeared completely. Only sometimes, if I drink some alcohool, i might get one or 2 twitches before falling asleep but I am sure those will go away as well. I went to 2 doctors and they did not find any permanent damage. One (but just because I mentioned it i guess) suggested me to do the Electroencephalography, not the simple one that lasts 20 minutes but the 24 hours version (500 euro instead of 150), if I wanted to be even more sure. I will not do it as i feel well and I do not trust electrical impulses…maybe it records some peak while I am playing with a videogame and they start curing me with heavy and debilitating medicines making me addicted and worsening my good health…no way! Also here in italy they try to make you spend as more as they can so i don’t trust them. I wanted to report you the ending of the story, i think I owe it to those who helped me with their advices and also to other people who might experince the same problem in the future. Cheers mates.

OP, after i went on a 1gram mdma binge in 1 night i also had these spasams in my upper back area. They do dissapear with time. I think it could be to do with anxiety because i realised i could control mine if i relaxed or had a benzo

Yeh fuck that it sounds like a right con. I tend to stay away from hospitals as much as possible, they’re full of sick people.

Glad to hear you’re feeling better, I’m sure the rest of the symptoms will disappear completely with time.

how long did you have spasms for? last night i had 2 or 3 again after a stressful day at work and a beer at 6 pm…Yes, it must be related also to anxiety. In fact I realized that if a twitch arrives while i am in bed i get tense and worried and i am like waiting for the next one to come and inevitably it arrives…the problem is that i don’t want to take benzo to sleep, i want to sleep naturally, only with melatonin if needed. 26 days have passed and still some leftover. I wonder when this will be over 100%.

I only had them for a few days, all you have to do is tell yourself that these are psychological, dont worry yourself about them. when your anxiety goes they will go.

Thanks for the suggestion, i really hope it is like that but I am doing a lot of yoga these days. Before going to sleep I do relaxation exercises and auto hypnosis and reach a very relaxed state. But when I go to bed I still get those damn twitches. So i don’t think in my case it is psychological. Also during the day i have some twitches. One month has passed. I read somewhere that some symptoms could last even more than 2 or 3 months, I hope this is my case, as long as they will go away by themselves.
I think i will have to do that exam that lasts 24 hours, at least to remove my worry that something might be damaged.

just to let you know that finally the spasms disappeared after one month exactly.

A lot of swimming helped, healthy food, no alcohol nor drugs and a very good relaxing vacation gave it the last blow.

Thanks to all for the support and I hope this thread can help someone who might have similar problems.

your insane! that was a huge dosage in such a short amount of time ^^

some dont even take that much in a whole night! your just asking to keel over and die? but I find a good drug like phenazepam helps with that if the next day you take a small amount and force yourself into a sleep you will wake up feeling very good.
