this is how i seeit DAs right pikies are hare coursing astards like the ones in snatch they will take anything from anybody, but normally wont go and pick a fight with someone unless they are picked on. on the other hand , like we see here, a la “chav”, this chav ( a person who starts giving u jip for no reason wants eye contact so he can do so, makes unlawful and irellevent damage, and a general prick) just wants to start a fight, the only thing is chavs usually move round in groups, of 3 or more, (usually called charvies), and maybe a chavette in the group as well. this could be the case that it is a set up, but if it isnt i wish i was there to chuck him in the river or something, for all the things that chavs have done to us, fun loving ppl.
